We provide individualized support that helps each person build confidence and independence in their daily life. HPC includes assistance with personal routines, meal preparation, household tasks, community engagement, and independent living skills. Our caregivers offer consistent, respectful support that empowers individuals to participate in meaningful activities and maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
Residential Respite
Our respite services provide short‑term, non‑medical support in a stable and caring home environment. This service gives caregivers time to rest and recharge while ensuring their loved one receives attentive, compassionate care. We focus on safety, comfort, and continuity so families can take a break with complete peace of mind.
Shared Living
Shared Living offers a warm, family‑style home environment where individuals can build meaningful relationships, experience stability, and receive personalized support. Individuals live with a trained caregiver who provides daily assistance, companionship, and a nurturing atmosphere that promotes independence and belonging.
Daily Living Assistance
Support with everyday routines such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, organization, personal reminders, and maintaining a clean, comfortable home environment.
Non-Medical Transportation (NMT)
Transportation provided as part of HPC services to support daily routines and community involvement.
Senior Non-Medical Support
Compassionate assistance for older adults, including companionship, household help, daily routine support, and help maintaining independence at home.
